Mr. Catalano has been President of Catalano & Associates, a real estate company that engages in brokerage and property management services and in the rehabilitation and leasing of office/retail buildings since 1999. Mr. Catalano served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CCS Mortgage, Inc., which was sold to Flagstar Bank in 2000. He has served as director on Retail Properties of America that trades under the symbol of RPAI since the company’s inception in 2003.
Mr. Catalano currently serves as chairman of the board of United Cerebral Palsy/ Seguin that serves over 1500 induvial with physical or mental disability.
Mr. Catalano is a National Association of Corporate Directors Board Leadership Fellow and holds both real estate broker and broker management licenses.
Mr. Catalano lives in Marco Island, FL in the winter months and in Lake Geneva Wi in the summer. Frank and his wife Debra have 5 children and two grandchildren.
Debra has been CFO and Secretary/Treasurer of Catalano & Associates since 1999 when the company was founded.

Debra worked in the mortgage industry starting in April 1999 and is currently part time continuing to remain committed to providing her customers with mortgage services that exceed their expectations.
Debra has a long line of community involvement in Elmhurst, Lake Geneva and Marco Island. To run a successful business knowing the people and being involved in her community has been basis of her success.
Debra splits her residency between Marco Island, FL in the winter months and Lake Geneva Wi in the summer. Debra and her husband Frank have 5 children and two grandchildren.
Sarah Diamond joined Catalano & Associates in 2012 as Tenant Relations Representative. She earned her BS in Finance at the University of Illinois and has both operations and financial audit experience. Sarah is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager. Sarah is responsible for all day to day operations of the properties in our portfolio; she is responsible for the bookkeeping and financial reporting operations, lease administration, tenant relations and supervising the maintenance and build out divisions.
Ms. Diamond represents Catalano & Associates on the Elmhurst City Centre (SSA) board and was appointed to serve on the City of Elmhurst-Elmhurst College Commission. She is a board member of the River Forest Education Foundation and the Elmhurst Panhellenic Foundation.
Sarah Diamond has lived in Elmhurst since 1992 with her husband, Kevin; they have three adult daughters.
Dan Lampa joined Catalano and Associates in August of 2017 after spending 33 years at Elmhurst School District 205. He started as a Custodian and worked up to General and HVAC Maintenance. He was Maintenance Supervisor for 3 years.
Dan was also the on site manager for Yale Apartments in Villa Park for 17 years. He was responsible for all facets of the 42 unit apartment complex.
Dan holds an Associates of Arts Degree from the College of DuPage in Management.
Dan is a NIUPLE class 4 steam engineer in good standing.
Frank manages leasing for over 150,000 square feet of office and retail space in the Chicagoland area, representing 68 different companies.
He is currently the President of Elmhurst Jaycees, a board member for York Community High School Alumni Association and member of the Elmhurst Chamber of Commerce. He is involved in the marketing and economic development committees for Elmhurst City Centre. He studied Business and Marketing at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Frank was born and raised in Elmhurst, and currently lives and works in downtown Elmhurst.
